1. About PixelZone Gaming Club

PixelZone Gaming Club ("PixelZone", "we", "us", or "our") is a gaming and entertainment venue located at No. 14, 27th Main Road, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bangalore 560102, Karnataka, India. We provide gaming stations, console lounges, VIP rooms, tournament events, and related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By entering our premises, using our services, or accessing our website, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You are at least 13 years of age, or are accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 16
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and our House Rules
• You accept our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

3. Gaming Services and Usage

3.1 Station Use

Each gaming station is allocated for the exclusive use of one person per session, unless a multi-player arrangement has been agreed in advance. Session times begin from the moment you are assigned a station and end at the designated time.

3.2 Game Content

We maintain a library of licensed games. Age-appropriate restrictions apply in line with official ESRB/PEGI ratings. Management reserves the right to prevent access to age-restricted content without valid age verification.

3.3 Personal Accounts

You may log into personal gaming accounts (Steam, Epic, etc.) at our stations. All personal data is wiped from stations at the end of each session. PixelZone accepts no liability for loss of account data, progress, or saved games.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Walk-In Sessions

Walk-in sessions are charged at the published hourly rate and are subject to station availability. Payment is required at the end of the session. We accept cash and all major UPI methods (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit/debit cards.

4.2 VIP Room and Group Bookings

VIP room and large group bookings require a 30% advance deposit to confirm the reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge.

4.3 Membership Plans

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once activated. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Unused hours within a monthly period do not roll over to the next month. PixelZone reserves the right to modify membership plans with 30 days' notice.

4.4 Pricing Changes

PixelZone reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and on-premises signage at least 7 days before taking effect.

5. House Rules and Code of Conduct

All visitors to PixelZone must abide by the following rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone:

• Respect: Treat all staff, other visitors, and equipment with respect. Verbal abuse, harassment, or discriminatory language of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Equipment: Treat all hardware and peripherals with care. Do not modify, damage, or tamper with any equipment. Intentional damage will result in full repair/replacement charges.
• Food and beverages: Sealed drinks are permitted at gaming stations. Food must remain in the café area. No alcohol is permitted in gaming zones.
• Hygiene: Personal hygiene standards must be maintained for the comfort of all visitors.
• Noise: While gaming is naturally enthusiastic, excessive noise that disturbs other players is not permitted. Use headsets for audio.
• Cheating: Use of cheat software, hacks, or exploits on our systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.
• Illegal content: Accessing, downloading, or sharing illegal content of any kind on our systems is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Smoking and vaping: Strictly prohibited within the premises. A designated outdoor area is available.

Violation of House Rules may result in immediate removal from the premises, suspension, or permanent ban without refund.

6. Tournaments and Events

Tournament participation is subject to separate tournament rules published for each event. By registering for a tournament, participants agree to the event-specific rules. PixelZone reserves the right to disqualify participants for rule violations, unsportsmanlike behaviour, or cheating. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable.

Prize distributions are subject to verification of results. In case of disputes, PixelZone's decision is final.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Equipment and Personal Belongings

PixelZone accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. Visitors are advised to keep personal items secure. Lockers are available for a small deposit.

7.2 Health and Safety

Visitors use gaming stations at their own risk. We recommend taking regular breaks. PixelZone is not liable for health issues arising from extended gaming sessions.

7.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a gaming session, we will offer equivalent time credit or a proportional refund. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any loss arising from technical downtime.

7.4 Website Content

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PixelZone website — including text, images, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of PixelZone Gaming Club and is protected by applicable copyright laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. All game titles and associated assets remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

PixelZone reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following a change in Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
